VAMNICOM, Pune: PGDM – ABM

Applications are invited for admission into two year full time residential Post Graduate Diploma In Management – Agri Business Management – 2014-2016 Batch (Approved by AICTE and recognized by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to MBA degree) at Centre for Management Education, Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Government of India):
Eligibility
Any Graduate from a recognized University, with minimum education of 15 years full time education (10+2+3) with at least 50% marks for General/OBC (non creamy) candidates and 45% for SC/ST candidates in graduation and having valid test scores of one of the National Level Common Entrance Tests – CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT of AICTE. These guidelines may get modified / subject to be modified depending upon AICTE guidelines from time to time. Candidates appearing in forthcoming degree examinations can also apply subject to fulfillment of conditions by 14.08.2014. Reservation of seats for OBC (Non Creamy)/SC/ST/Differently Abled persons as per Govt. of India rules. Few seats are available for wards of NCCT / NCUI / VAMNICOM employees and cooperative sponsored candidates at VAMNICOM.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The selection to PGDM-ABM programme is based on Entrance Examination which comprises –

  • Latest valid test score of CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT of AICTE at the time of application.
  • Written Ability Test
  • Group Discussion &
  • Personal Interview.

Securing minimum prescribed marks in Written Ability Test and Personal Interview are compulsory to become eligible for taking admission.

Note: Candidates interested in pursuing PGDM – ABM at VAMNICOM, Pune are advised to apply and appear the referred national level test directly and apply to VAMNICOM in the prescribed application form with valid score during 10th September, 2013 to 28th February, 2014.

HOW TO APPLY
The prescribed application form may be downloaded from the website – http://www.vamnicom.gov.in/Notice_Board/Application_Form.pdf

and apply with valid score of CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT of AICTE by post along with demand draft of Rs. 1500/- in favour of “The Director, VAMNICOM, Pune”.

The Written Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews will be conducted at Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Dehradun, Gandhinagar, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Kalyani, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Pantnagar and Pune during April & May 2014, subject to sufficient number of students opting for it.
